Issue with Exporting Analysis by Dimension

My client is running NAV 2009 R2. When she exports to excel an Analysis by Dimension" matrix, a few of the analysis entries are pushed into the Budget entry column.

(as found on the data table tab of the excel worksheet) . We verified there are no budget entries for any dimension or any time period.

What is extremly odd is that this only happens on her workstation. She is running what seems to be the same MS Office 2007 as everyone else and the connection to NAV is identical.

This export issue occurs whether she is in classic or RTC, so I am thinking it is a hardware build issue not NAV??

Any thoughts are welcome,

Hi

Definitely does sound like a PC issue, i had a squiz through the NAV hotfixes and don't see anything that looks like a fix,

Perhaps try the following,

Have her log onto NAV from a different PC but with her user / pass and test from there, if you have no issues that should eliminate NAV as the problem, then i would suggest that the IT guys try uninstalling and re-installing Excel on the PC
