Hi All,
I have imported almost 1 lac data from excel into crm and one column had multiple values of optionset
like: Satisfaction(optionset) has three option like good,bad,happy. Rather than selecting all values in crm as good,bad,happy.
Import has created another value in crm as good,bad,happy, so now crm has four values instead of three
1 good
2 bad
3 happy
4 good,bad,happy
hence, those records optionset has four selection instead of three.
Kindly help how can i rectify this error in crm.

Which version are you in? It looks like a bug to me. I would suggest to open a ticket with Microsoft confirm this as this shouldn't be happening.
