One of the users is getting this error that when he tries to track an email, he is receiving this error when tracking using D365 App For Outlook. This is happening for only one particular record. All other items tracking to this Contact type of entity works fine, but not this.
Use case: He opens the meeting in Outlook, Using the Dynamics Plug-in he chooses Set Regarding, he selects the contact (the one shown in the attached screen shot) then gets an error that tracking failed.
Seems to be working for everything other than this one record. The same also is replicated on the OWA as well as the Desktop app that uses this D365 App For Outlook.
What are my options to evaluate?
