Omni Channel: Can CRM auto search visitor information for Agent based on Pre Survey filled

Hi team, 

Can CRM able to search and bring contact/visitor on the chat and bring the right record on the agent screen. Like most of the CTI telephony system work. Based on the phone it will bring the right caller. 

If possible how we can achieve this.

    Using Authentication Setting, We can get pre populated visitors information to Omni Channel.
