I have a custom entity and want to enable Posts on the Timeline control. The Activity Feed Configuration for the entity is enabled and active, and the timeline control on the form has Posts selected as an option. I've published all customizations (multiple times) and hard-refreshed (multiple times) but Post does not appear as an option (Notes and Activities appearing just fine). Any suggestions for how to track this down?
Yes, this is in Sales Professional, which is enabled for Posts. I had to go in and out of In Private mode a couple of times and then it finally started showing. Man, Dynamics is stubborn! :)

Firstly, posts are only available with certain Dynamics 365 apps, such as apps for Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
If you are sure you have the post configuration and feed rules activated,
I recommend that you can try to change another browser, clear cache, or use Privacy mode to test again(Hard refreshing does not seem to clear the cache).
