Hi All,

I am creating a new form in dynamics 365 crm and i wanna add field that form number that is coming to outlook e-mail address. You can see that it in photo.

Please tell me how can i put it dynmics 365 crm ?

Please help me about it.

Hi,

I am not familiar with the first solution, but based on their info, there should be some sort of entity that allows you to configure the settings. If that doesn't work I can help you out with the second solution.

Hi Aric,

Thanks you so much for your helping but i still have some problems.

I loaded first one as you said but it doesnt seen in solution on dynamics 365. I found the plugin as you see in below photo.

My question is that how can i use that plugin after that stage?

I am so new in that platform that's why it is so hard finding solution for a little problem. One of them is that i dont know how to add a plugin to crm. When i google it, all solution were with writing code but i dont wanna write code. I wanna add plugin client side of Dynamics 365 like i put photo.

Could you say me easy way adding plugin to Dynamics 365 ?

You are using Dynamics 365. This is actually version 8.2 (or 8.2.1).

There are a couple of free autonumber solutions that I am aware of:

community.dynamics.com/.../free-autonumber-solution-for-microsoft-dynamics-crm

www.briteglobal.com/.../xrmautonumber.aspx

The second one has a free and paid version. The free version contains a subset of the features.

Dynamics 365 is one thing, CRM version 4 is another.

Can you send me a screenshot of your CRM environment?

That will let me know which version exactly.
