Dynamics CRM 2016 ASP.NET 4.0.30319.0 Error 1309

Hi,

CRM can no longer be opened, and we get only one error message:

"Repeat this action. If the problem persists, search for a solution in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Community or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics CRM administrator. In the end, you can contact Microsoft Support."
Does somebody has any idea?
In the event display, we have the following message:
