When I Post transfer order from one location to another with direct transfer got this error and also I have set up in inventory posting set up for particular location and also unchecked mandatory location in inventory set up.
still showing error.

Just create the Inventory Posting Setup with Inv. Posting Group Code = DOMESTIC Location Code as "BLANK"
