Hello community experts,
There is a requirement where i should hide collateral entity to certain users, how do i achieve that
I have taken out the read,write etc all that privileges associated with that entity to certain users
But they are still able to see the records

Hi Sumaira,
In addition to Linn's solution, we can also use XrmToolBox's tools to help us check.
Through Entity Security Role tool we can see which security roles have access to an entity.
Through User Security Manager tool, we can see which security roles a user has, including the security roles of his team.
Through these two tools, we can quickly check which security role the user's entity access comes from.
You can go to the User record to see the list of Teams that the user was added to.
Open each team and check if there is any security role associated with those team which has read access to the collateral entity.
How do i Ensure that the user's teams does not have access to this entity.
Actually users have not been shared this entity's record
