Hi guys,

When I open "CustCollections" from “CustCollectionsActivitiesListPage” it is not populating the data from that listpage, it shows only a form with no data at all, I've checked this two forms and it seems they are standard, I also checked the menu item and it seems there are no changes. question is, what should I look at if i had this issue?,

I'll purely appreciate you help guys!

    Hi Kenneth,

Did you create a snapshot like mentioned in the documentation? docs.microsoft.com/.../create-an-aging-snapshot

    Hi Andre,

Thanks for your reply, I've run the aging snapshot and also consulted some functional about this, but it does not solved the issue, is there any other parts to look at? appreciate your help!

    Hi Kenneth,

Do you have data on the list page? If so, are you aware of a customization which could cause this behavior? Is this happening for all uses or just one or some?

    Hi Kenneth,

Like Goldie mentioned, check the query. You can open the advanced query editor using Ctrl+F3.

    Hello all,

Thanks for all your help, I've compared the query from our standard enviroment (USMF) and there all the same, the tricky part and its kindy weird because it does not retreive any data from CustTable when I'm debugging it (see below) vs what i get in standard, do you think it is already a microsoft bug?

    Hi Kenneth,

This is some good progress here. Do you have customizations on the customers? Do you have global address book security enabled? Do you have the same issue when the form will be opened with system administrator rights?

If you have no customizations, no GAB security and it is also incorrect for the system administrator, it might be a bug, but I haven't seen this issue before.

    Hi andre,

Yup it might be, as of now we raise this to microsoft about this problematic form to check on their part.

    cheers!
