Yammer is not yet a supported source (as of June 2017).
Accessing Yammer requires an authenticated user account, so it is not as simple as just configuring it as an RSS feed.
My best advice for now is to create a feature request under "Sources" at: ideas.dynamics.com/.../social-engagement Then get all your co-workers to vote for the idea :)
Stay up to date on forum activity by subscribing. You can also customize your in-app and email Notification settings across all subscriptions.
