Hi
I'm wondering if Dynamic HR has a feature when I could customize forms when the candidate applies to jobs and enter his personal and professional information. Not only the information on the Linkedin profile, because I also need information like the amount of time for work, expected salary, etc.

This is to inform you that we have a limited customization option in Dynamics 365 for Talent coreHR.However if you want to customize CoreHR apps,you would need a developer to customize and build the powerapp form based on your business requirement where you have to integrate the powerapp form through CDS.
Also please note that we don't have any option for customization in Attract, Offer Management or Onboard where we can use only the out of box features.

You can use a custom field in D365 HR and use it in any forms but If you want to add some logic to the custom field then you have to user Power Platform.
