Hello all,

While creating invoice proposal from Project management , some of the posted timesheets are not coming for the invoice proposal.

Do anyone have idea what may be the issue is?

And can anyone tell what is the link table between the Invoice Proposal and the posted timesheet.

Below is the invoice proposal from.

Project Management < Common < project invoice < Project invoice proposal < Invoice Proposal

Can you share how the project group that is associated with the project is configured?

Check especially the ledger integration parameters.

Can you share a screenprint of your configuration?

As Christph mentioned ,

Timesheet has to be posted & billing status is billable to show in invoice proposal. please make sure of that two points and as per your screenshots there are timesheets not posted so please post it then check it again. you can compare between two records which posted & not posted to know why they arent posted

Hi Siddhant,

You may consider to do below 2 things if not done:

1. Try to post all approved transactions if they are pertains to the same project under consideration.

2. Check billing status for the time sheet. If the status is non-chargeable/non-billable it will not show up in the invoice proposal.

Check on the above 2 points and update the status back in this thread.

Try to filter the timesheet in the "unposted timesheets" and use the "Post selected" button. Maybe you have any error msg. and thats the reason why they are unposted.

If you check "Pending transaction" do you find it here?

Hi Siddhant,

If the status of the timesheet is not "posted" just the workflow is done but the hours are not in the posted transactions. Just open "Unposted timesheets" and use "Post selected".

Hi,

Actually the transactions are showing pending in the status of the timesheet then we change the status of the timesheet from pending to completed.

And the we posted the time sheet the status is now showing posted.

But still not showing in the posted transactions.
