While saving the record the plugin is throwing a business process error.
but this is a sudden change , why this is happening, can anyone help me in resolving this.

it was profiled by some another user.
is it possible to get the plugin is profiled by some other developer.
if possible then is it also possible to get rid of this?

You have enabled the profiler.
Stop profiling.
Please check if the plugin trigger is on update. The step is still profiling and using cached. Please referesh your plugin registration toll and check if anything is profiled and recycle app pool.

On the form there is one optionset by default it is set to no.
If i select yes then only the above error is coming but keeping it No then no error.
why this strange behaviour.
i didn't figured out the reason.
Clear your cache and recycle you app pool.

I think Plugin Profiling is enabled for the plugin on this entity. Please disable it.

This is because you have profiled the step Role_Save: Create of custom_role. Please Stop Profiling the step in plugin registration tool. The error will disappear.
It believe following is your custom plugin and did you check by disabling it ?
