Error when closing a Lead as Qualified

Hi Guys,

My Sales team are getting an error when they try to qualify a lead as qualified. I have changed the status to qualified which was causing errors previously but this is a new issue that I have encountered. See here screen shot of the error and .txt file of the error also.

It seems like you might have an issue with your Business Process Flow.

The error you are getting is (from the log file) is:

Invalid cross-entity stage transition. Specified target must match Originating Lead.

Please check your logic there.
