BC19 onprem upgrade BC21 problem

Hi All!

I'm not a developer, but, one of our developer try to do the onprem upgrade, but have got 2 error messages. Do you have got any idea, why? Thx for your help!

    Please ask your Dynamics partner to raise a support ticket with Microsoft.

    Yes, we follow the (30) steps what Microsoft give.

    Uninstall the apps, then convert, then licence upload, then repair nav-app, and in this phase, we have got the error message.

    Not fully sure, but I think You have to remove extensions before upgrade?

    Another info: couldn1t copy a test company in this db-se, because so many errors. I could send the error logs via email.
