Hi braintrust,
we have 2 types of jobs, let's call them A and B. With A onsite resources only need to visit one site while with B onsite resources need to visit multiple sites, from 3 up to 50 sites a day. When job B is assigned to onsite resource, I like them to be able to click on one button in A and it directs them to a list of sites (a custom entity).
I follow this link to create a deep link, create a text-URL field on A and paste the deep link, but it doesn;t work. What step I miss out?

I didn't use any code. All I did is to create a text-url field and enter below info
ms-apps-fs://<org-url>_<app-id>?tenantId=<tenant-id>&isShortcut=true&appType=AppModule&openApp=true&restartApp=true&forceOfflineDataSync=true&etn=<CustomEntityName>&pagetype=entitylist&viewid=<view-id>&viewType=1039
Sorry if it does not make sense to you. Did you compare both URLs? Did you find any change?
