In the new unified interface app , inserting the email template/Kb article always goes on the top pf the body even though the focus is in the middle.
This work fine in classic ui.
Can anyone help me how to fix this in unified interface?

As this is the out-of-the-box behavior in Unified Interface, I don't think there is much you can do on your side to change this.
I haven't seen this feedback in the past, so I would suggest to report it here: admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support
