Hello,

WE have migrated from crm 2015 to CRM 365 and i have installed the CRM9.0-Client-ENU-i386.exe and the Update 1.0 for outlook but is not working , any suggestion will be appropriated

Thanks for sharing the logs.

Suggested Resolution:

Change the profile for the Office 365 user to English language.
