Item arrival posting error

I am trying to post an item arrival (originated from a sales return) in USMF. I am getting the message 

Item 100axav
Locations can be checked only if an inbound dock is specified.
Item 100axav, dimensions: Site=1,Warehouse=11, has no picking location in warehouse 11.
Cannot find location for item 100axav at warehouse 11.
Cannot find location for item 100axav at warehouse 11.
Warehouse 11 already has a default receipt location. What else can be missing?
