Dear Friends,

I setup a mode of Delivery, but it don't occur in the Call Center modules. I tried run "Process delivery modes" many times.

I added some products, and also run the "Process Delivery Modes" periodic job. But this issue don't fix.

I agree, add products, but also run the "Process Delivery Modes" periodic job. You could try running that first if you wanted to exclude products but my memory says they need to be included.
