ReportReport

we recently found that when running reports, the time stamp for the reports is independent of the user preferences time zone.

we have confirmed our work date is set appropriate, yet this date on the reports is incorrect.

how do we update this so that when a user runs the report, it shows the true date?

    Hello,

This was reported to development and a fix has been checked in.  I'm trying to find out what update it will be included in and will let you know what I find.

The time stamp on the report is UTC.  It doesn't effect any of the dates for posting or the date ranges for which the reports are run.  It is simply time-stamping the report as it is run with the local server UTC time.

    Thanks,

    Chris

It looks like this will be in the next update.  It was written specifically for the Vendor Listing report although it was noted that any report with a time stamp would have this problem.

The next update is supposed to go live tomorrow for new tenants... and then it will start getting applied to live tenants.

    Thanks,

    Chris

I just printed a summary trial balance and the time-stamp still appears to be 5 hours ahead. Is this still on the docket to be fixed?

    Many thanks!

    Dear Chris,

Has this been resolved? If yes, then which update was it included in? I'm still facing the same problem.

    Hello Chris,

It seems the issue remains the same when we run any report like the customer list, top customer list, vendor list etc the time is showing UTC time instead of logged in the user local time. is there any setup system to take user region time settings.

    Thanks
