Hello Zeeshan444,
You will need the help of a developer for that. To delete all transactions, there is a specific class available but to 'unfreeze' the COA field in the ledger form, a developer has to help. This is something you cannot do directly from the AX client.

Thank You Ludwig. i got your point. now i want your help, how i can delete all transactions and related tables so that i could change chart of account in ledger. because i dont want to create new entity.

As long as no transaction has been posted you should be able to change the COA in the ledger form.
As soon as you have recorded something, the COA field is greyed out and you cannot make a change.

i want to add another chart of account in ledger along with previous account structure. but scrowl down option is not appearing. is it possible to change chart of account in ledger?

Once transactions have been posted one cannot change the Chart Of Account.
The name of the Chart of Account is in general of minor importance.
Why do you want to change the name?
