is there a storeage in crm where i can find the password of corresponding contact as i have admin contact?
The password is not stored in crm in plain text but as a hash which is not easily reversible.
where is it located and how can we reverse it to be human readable ?
Because i need to provide username and password to user by sending sms to thier mobile.
While you can't see an existing password you could set your own password but you need to create the hash, see this thread for more info: community.dynamics.com/.../283515

No matter Online or On Premise. You neither could get the password from the contact. You could refer to the following similar case with some workarounds:
community.dynamics.com/.../157419
social.microsoft.com/.../get-username-and-password-of-the-currently-loggedin-user-in-crm-and-pass-it-to-the-plugin
