    Flat fee discount

A simple discount reduces the price of one or more products by a set percentage or amount

    Mix and match discount

A mix-and-match discount gives customers a discount when they purchase a specific combination of products.

    Quantity discount

A quantity discount is a discount that is given to customers when they purchase a particular quantity of a product. For example, you could set up a 20 percent discount for the purchase of two or more tennis rackets of a particular brand.

“Retail > Pricing and discount > Quantity discount

    Threshold discount

A threshold discount is a discount that is given to customers when the total for a transaction reaches one or more specified amounts. For example, you could create a discount that gives a 10 percent discount for purchases over 100 and a flat 25 discount for totals over 200.

“Retail > Pricing and discount > Threshold discount

All the above discounts should be linked to a price group before you enable them.

    Update Stores

Concerned user has to synchronize the new updates to get reflect the prices at the stores, follow this path then run job number 1020 to update the stores by the new discounted prices.

    Retail > Headquarter> Retail scheduler> Channel database

Retail > Inquiries and reports> Commerce Data Exchange> Download sessions

    RE: Setup discounts

    Hello Zaff,

Do you want to setup different discounts in different channels?

Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Retail uses price groups to define channel-specific discounts. Price groups can be assigned to one or more of the following entities: channels, catalogs, affiliations, and loyalty programs.

Here are detailed steps for channel discount set up:
