I am working on Email configuration of Dynamics 365 Online.
Now the scenario is -
1. In Office 365, two users are created and licenses are assigned as below -
- User 1 - user1@abc.com (Licenses - Office 365, Dynamics 365)
- User 2 - user2@xyz.com (Licenses - Office 365)
2. In CRM : I have created Exchange Server Profile and set up the user Mailbox for user1@abc.com.
3. There are two business units - BU1 and BU2
Requirement is -
1. User2 doesn't need to be a CRM user.
2. Emails which are being sent from BU1 should be received by user1@abc.com.
3. Emails which are being sent from BU2 should be received by user2@xyz.com.
Is there anyway I can achieve this? Any workaround?
Please suggest, any help on this would be appreciated.
