If there is a requirement to use F&O case management for consumer engagement, is it GDPR complaint to store the end consumer details in the ERP system.

Unless you do not have concent from customer to store the details , it is always issue from the GDPR side.

Please get the confirmation concent from customer before storing or sharing the details with other's and we have set of rules that has to followed based on specific regions.
