LedgerJournalTable4 form is not opening

Looking for any advice on this topic.

Sometimes the form LedgerJournalTAble4 is not opening for random users. When opening there is only information with 'opening form' info and it wont open.

Not all users experience this but it happens on all browsers we do have multiple AOS annd sometimes AOS restart helps some times not and we need to restart everything.

Any ideas how to find the isue or prevent it?

Hi Radek,

A message with 'Opening form' is not a standard information message. Can you check if there is a customization involved? If the message is different, then please share a screenshot of the exact message.

Yeah sorry it is 'Wait. request is being processed' And I'm waiting and nothing happens after after 20-30 minutes.

There is no customization on it, the form is running slow most of time but sometimes some users cant even open it.
