Our users have complained of the delay (5-10 minutes) in a lead replying to a text and it arriving in CRM. According to CD Support, the latency is pretty much controlled by Twillo and nothing they can do on their end. We understand that there are several factors contributed to the latency but we want to know if other folks are experiencing the same behavior. BTW, we are using MSCRM Online 2016 Update 1.
