dbo.Xu_ValidateConfigKeyAndLicenseCodeIntegrity stored procedure being encrypted

Hi,

Does anyone know what triggers the stored procedure to be encrypted? I am looking at a database change object compare and noticed dbo.Xu_ValidateConfigKeyAndLicenseCodeIntegrity was encrypted but not sure what made that change. I took a look under Setup - Licensing- License configuration, would enabling something in the configuration have encrypted the sp?
