AP Aged Report - Not aging correctly?

Posted on by 35
Hi there,
We are seeing challenges running the AP Aging report using the age requested.
Example: if I want an aged AP report as of 05/01/21, it gives me the aging as of the current date (if ran today, it would age as of 05/06/21 not 05/01/21).
Is there a fix, or perhaps a setting I'm using incorrectly?
We are currently using version: 10.00.20426 (v10 - 2018).
Thank you.

RE: AP Aged Report - Not aging correctly?

    Hello,

It works in CU5 (10.05) if there was a bug reported in the plain version its fixed. I'm using the standard report. Are you using the standard report?

The aging appears to be based on a comparison of the report date and the due date, and then moved into various aging buckets based on the aging categories in AP setup. If they think a document is not being aged correctly, I guess the questions would be what is in AP setup for aging days, what is the due date of the document, and what is the report date? And probably of course has the report been modified.

    Best Regards,

    Jana MacDonald
