Not able to open onboard module in D365 talent

Hi,

Hope you doing well.
Whenever i open the onboard module i get this error, but not recieving it in incognito mode.
I dont understand the relation why??
And how to resolve this error

Any help is appreciated.

Have you installed a trial environment for yourself? The error on trial version could be beacuse it has expired now.

If that’s the case, then you should deploy another trial instance for next 60 days that should give you Attract and Comprehensive SKU features as well.

But if it’s a project via LCS then the Administrator should have the view on –

The list of environment users and licenses enabled for them.

Alternatively, an Administrator can also try verifying if the users are correctly setup in the AAD.

Hi Hish,

Please check if you have the correct Talent license. I can only imagine it's occurring because of some license issue as it doesn't require any add-on role to access Onboarding module.

Let me know if I need to assign some specific roles to user in core HR
