Hi Team,

I have tried to integrate TeleSign Account with D365 Marketing using SMS Provider. I am using TeleSign Trial account for now. I was able to create TeleSign Account and use it in SMS Provider, However while sending Test Send I am getting this error. I did provided Consent for Sender Number and Receiver Number as well in Consent Center. Do i need to make any changes in TeleSign Account as well Or anything else.

Unable to identify cause for Not able to use Test Send for Text Message

Hi,

Based on the information you provided, we did a series of tests.
We encountered the same problem as you in our tests.
Later we generated a free US phone number using the Azure Communication Services preview (US only).
Create outbound text messages - Dynamics 365 Customer Insights | Microsoft Learn

Using this phone number we were able to send SMS successfully.

Therefore, this error may be due to the reason that the phone number used for sending is not pre-verified.
