30We are GP 10 with Canadian Payroll and Smartlist Builder.
Currently we have GP version 10.00.1634 (2010 Canadian Payroll Year End Update) and we wanted to upgrade to GP 2010. On our test environment, we upgraded to 10.00.1701 (2011 Canadian Payroll Round 2 Tax Update) and then to 10.00.1727 (2011 Canadian Payroll Midyear Tax Update). All seems to be fine up to this point. No errors on Item Master or Internet Addresses. Now to upgrade to GP 2010, I installed MDGP2010 R2 and then WITHOUT running the utilities, I installed the patch 2011 Canadian Payroll Midyear Tax Update (Version 11.00.1752) and then I run GP Utilities. It errors out on the 3 tables - Internet Addresses, Item Master, and Item Quantity Master. It says incorrect record length. On the utilities, it displays that our current version is 10.00.1727 and the new version is Version 11.00.1752. However, for each of the table mentioned above, it says that the table version is 10.80.0001. Is this a known issue? or any suggestion as to how to fix this? Thanks.
