I just importing organization to new environment. All importing process worked fine without error but the result is not what I am expecting. All grid views get error, but I still can access the form via recent views. Anybody got this issue before?

Check the exact error message in EventViewer of the CRM Server.
Or
If you have access to modify the web.config of the CRM then please find the tag DevErrors in web.config and change its value to “On”.
Then go to CRM and check what is the exact error message.
If your CRM is installed in C drive then you can find the web.config file at “C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics CRM\CRMWeb\web.config”.
