What issues you are facing while publishing ? Any error shown by complier ?

You need to mention permitted range in app.json

An extension in NAV 2018 can be deployed by an administrator with access to Powershell and to the .app file. If the object in extension are in the permitted range, there’s no problem for deployment. If you want to avoid this, you’ve to use a reserved range.

I had the same issue, changed the range in the app.json back to the typical 50000-... and then identified the extension as 50000 and it deployed fine.  There were some other posts around the forums talking about this issue and Microsoft offered another method of delivery but I got this to work instead so just do some checking on that if this is not the solution you were after.

We don't want  that our created  extension file(.NAVX)  should be uploaded on demo developer license , means I want to publish my extension only on purchase Navision license environment.

    please guide me .

Not clear. What do you mean prevent to publish?

Do you receive error if you try to use the extension?
