I have a database utility that throws in e-mails from RMS into Outlook. You select the filter for which customers to send to in the RMS Customer List report.

• Automatically e-mail Receipts at the time of transaction.
• Automatically e-mail statements at the time of statement printing.
• Maintain a list of customer authorized buyers(s) and require selection at POS for Transaction comment.
