Issue with Company Selector Disappearing After Adding New User in Business Central

Hi everyone,

I recently added a new user to our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment, but I've encountered an issue: the company selector circle, which shows which company I am currently working in, has disappeared. And the companies page where I switch companies also is not there.  This could be because I added the user without confirming the license terms. How do I resolve this or if possible undo the addition of the user and delete it so that I could go back to my initial state?

    Hi,
     
    Try entering shortcut key to open the settings and changes the roles & company as per needs.
    • For accessing settings icon issue, use the shortcut ALT+T.
    • For the missing "Tell me" function, use ALT+Q.

    I doesn't seem to be a licensing issue. If license is not assigned to user, then user won't be able to log in BC.
    have you checked the setup of the user in AAD and compare with other uses if anything is missing? You could also take a look at the user card in BC if companies have been assigned to user correctly.

    Do you have permissions for all companies? Perhaps you only have permissions for the company you're working in
