That is too bad about the prepayment. We had MS provide this customization for one of our clients that uses project accounting. Hopefully in GP 2013 R2 this has been changed because this client still needs this functionality. Hopefully someone at MS is listening on this.
Yes. Purchase Order Prepayments in Dynamics GP 2013 is not support with PA, AA, or MDA. I have read these information from some articles and blogs. But, I didn't try this feature in my GP 2013.

Did you figure out what was causing this? I have the same issue. I am thinking it may be a third party that is causing this. What did you find out?
I assume you have your 2013 keys installed? Is it greyed out on every workstation? Do you have any third party products installed?
