The background is that the client is no longer receiving emails in CRM web because Microsoft already disabled basic authentication.
Client is using CRM 2016 (version 8.1). Incoming emails is configured using basic authentication through Email Router.
Client does not have the UAT CRM environment. We need to do the CRM UAT setup up to the point which user can test and verify for incoming emails.
