Can anyone give me the steps required to remove a company database from business portal? We still want it to show up in Dynamics GP, but we no longer wish it to be available for BP. Any ideas are welcome! Thanks!

HI,
There isn't functionality to remove a company completely from BP, but you can make it so that an individual BP user no longer sees a given company. To do this, go to the User Administration and remove all role mappings associated with that company. When a user is added to BP, the User - All role is given by default. You will need to remove this role and explicitly assign your users to the User role per company.
