Please help me on this When the PO confirmations are sent out to the vendor, they are not including the external documents that are attached to the PO they received PO document only.

Hi,

With standard email sending from d365, it only the PO can be sent, additional attachments are not supported by design

Kindly consider for customization.

As Ramit said, standard email sent from D365 does not support additional attachments.
