Microsoft Dynamics RMS (Archived)

(Runtime Error 91) when attempting to retrieve a back order.

Posted on by 55

I'm using RMS Store Operations 2.0

After recalling a back order on my till, I get an error message that says, "Runtime error 91: Object variable or block variable not set."

This only happens on some of my back orders, though. I've compared some of my "broken" back orders to some of my normal back orders using SQL Management Studio and I can see no obvious differences or invalid characters.

I've tried repairing the installation of RMS, but with no luck.

Has anybody come across this issue before?

If you have ever deleted any customer you be a victim of this error, you might need to delete the order history of these deleted customers.all the other orders on hold will be fine

Have you tried the steps in this article?
