Hi,

I figured out that the Benefit Accrual Form which is used to assign the worker is missing from the HCMworkerV2 ( the new version available of HCMWorker). I would like to know how to access the benefit accrual form in the latest version of form HCMWorkerV2 Or some similar option is available in HCMWorkerV2?

On click of the above link below form used to open, but in latest version this form is not showing.

We can enable and disable this new form version via the feature "Streamlined Employee Entry".

The client wants to use the new feature and also wants to create record in the benefit accrual form as shown above.

Hi Aayushi, I tried to enable "Streamlined Employee Entry" feature and as you mentioned benefit accrual form is not visible.

I can see from back end, 'Benefit accrual' form (Form Name: PayrollWorkerEnrolledAccrual) is added in HcmWorker form only in HcmWorker.ExtensionPayroll (Form extension). Therefore, it is not visible. You need to extend HcmWorkerV2 form to add it.

Thanks for the quick reply.

Yes, I agree we can add the missing form to the new version of HCMWorkerV2 however, we would like to understand that where can we find the functionality in the latest update, since Microsoft has removed the form.

Is there any new functionality which replaces this?

The position was only changed. You can find it under the Payroll button group.

Komi Siabi I checked in 10.0.29 and 10.0.32 but could not find that button. Is there any config key that's controlling it.

Komi Siabi Yes, Feature 'Human resources user experience enhancements' is enabled but Benefit Accrual is not visible.

Hi all, I checked in the latest version: 10.0.32 and after enabling the feature "Streamlined Employee Entry", I can see Benefit Accrual under payroll tab.

Thank you for the help, it worked for me.
