Quick View Find Columns - App Forms

Posted on by 60

How do you configure the "find columns" for the app forms that are created? For example, on the normal web interface, I've configured the Quick Find view to contain two different fields:

377512583.Capture.PNG

However, when loading the form inside an app we've created, the find columns aren't functioning like they are in the web interface:

377512583.Capture.PNG

Where do I configure the find columns for this particular lookup field for the app portion?

Thanks in advance,

DC

If you want to put both English and Spanish labels into pop-up open "Crop Lookup View" and put both fields to into View, save and publish.

730017.Capture.PNG(I need to be able to type the name of a Crop into the lookup field in either spanish or english and then when I tab off of the field it needs to pull the name of the record)

3733.Capture3.PNG(for example, I typed "Manzana" above, tabbed off the field and now it displays "Apple")

8883.Capture4.PNG(This is what the Crop record looks like. Each one will have an english name and its spanish equivalent)

Unfortunately I don't have superpowers to know everything about your deployment and customization. Can you please post a screenshot of entity that is referenced in "Crop" field with mentioned "Apple"/"Manzana" values inside?

This is helpful but doesn't answer my question about the "find columns." What I'm trying to accomplish is when I type in "Apple" or "Manzana" that either one will display the associated record.
