Just today, I signed on to the POS and my customer sales screen is no longer showing the additional information that I import in, like the student's grade which is important. Can anyone help me figure out how to get that back? I know the information is part of the customer's file because I checked that first. Thanks!

Sounds like that info was in the html status bar at the top of the screen.
My guess is that Internet Exporer 10 was installed, which causes issues unless you update your html status file.
I think the directions on how to do that can be found in customer source.
otherwise uninstall IE10.
