how to reinstall a Local Functionality or extension that is missing ?

When you enable a Tenant of Business Central in the Cloud, you select and activate the Local Functionality of a specific Country.

By doing this it installs some extensions, like in the case of Mexico it installs DIOT.

My problem is that I can see the DIOT Microsoft Extension in the Sandbox but I cannot see it in production. 

Is there a way to download the app file of this extensions to be able to install them or how do I re-install this localizations in Business central to obtain the local functionality.

    This scenario depends on which environment you have created in Production. E.g. if this is CA or UK or IT, etc. you cannot add another localization extension such as MX.

    If your Production is MX then you are entitled to create a support request to Microsoft asking why it is not automatically deployed (but only if this is MX environment)

    Yes, this is a MX extension in an MX Tenant that should already be installed as it's shown in the Sandbox picture that I sent above.

    I'll open a support request but if there is another process to download this missing localization extensions let me know.
