"3" Key jumps down in Tender screen

When we enter into the tender screen and press the "3" key, it doesn't work, instead of inputting a 3, it jumps down to the last tender type. The 3 key works everywhere else in RMS and in other programs, I've also tried different keyboards and they do the same thing, so it's not a hardware issue. I've tried Numlock on/off and that doesn't help. We have a second lane and everything works fine there, so it's just the one computer. I feel like there must be a simple solution here, but I haven't been able to find it. Thanks!

Figured it out, it was a "hot key" that was a result of some sloppy code in RMSify that was recently added.

You build RMS addons or using any third party programs integrated with RMS

I'm afraid I don't know what you mean. I've gone through the help menu's looking for "begin tender action" and can't come up with anything. Thanks

check if there is any customization done on begin tender action on RMS
