JavaScript Opening a Record URL to a specific associated view instead of the record itself.

Hi all, I have some JavaScript which opens up a Record URL on update of the field, which works. But I would like to know if you can make it open an associated view instead of the record itself.

So for example once a field is changed on an opportunity the related project is opened and the Work Breakdown Structure related view is displayed.
