Error in Trial Balance "The dimension set balances are already being loaded"

I want to Open Trial Balance.

General Ledger --> Common --> Trial Balance

But, if i click get Error info like this picture.

Help me, what can i do?

press Control+D

then 'AOT" then "DATA Dictionary" then "table "

then search table name " dimension hierarchy " open it

then , in columne name : "FocusState" there Is Status Is "In process" Must Changed It to "Initiaized"

then close the table

Before, i've tried.

I try to Restart AOS.

But, nothing change, stay Error.
